Dynette Palomares is an associate attorney at Roybal-Mack & Cordova, PC. She joined the firm after working as a criminal prosecutor at the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted domestic violence cases. She has extensive experience in working with the Children, Youth & Families Department in child abuse and neglect proceedings. She works in the firm’s family law department where she focuses on outcomes for families and children. She understands that the litigation will end, but the family must continue to function after the case. She also understands that financial security is imperative after a divorce and works with her clients to achieve results.
Dynette graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors in Marketing. She then received her Masters in Business Administration at the Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico. She completed her education at the University of New Mexico, School of Law.
Dynette has combined her business acumen and prior experience at Sandia National Laboratories to help high net worth individuals navigate the divorce and custody landscape. She represents clients in complex divorce, child custody cases, same sex divorce, parentage, adoptions and in all facets of family law. She has successfully litigated and mediated all types of family law matters.
Dynette was born and raised in Taos, New Mexico. She is an avid recording artist and produces New Mexico music in her spare time. She serves on the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association Board of Directors and is a member of the State Bar Young Lawyers Division.
